Every room has a wonderful lake view of Lake Garda (see photos).
Rates include breakfast, use of swimming-pool, garden and car park.
Each room has bathroom with shower and wc, hair-dryer, mirror, fridge-freezer, television, TVsat, independent air conditioning and heating.
Reservation requires a confirming deposit, 1/3 (a third) of the total amount.
The stays starts from 16:00 (4:00pm) of the day of arrival to 10:00 (10:00am) of the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
 One room has a bathroom for the disable, direct access from outside, and is only 3 meters away from car park. It has also a balcony with lake view, like all other rooms.

Italian Cuisine Class

You might choose to attend an Italian Cooking Class at one of our typical restaurants, the chef will carry out Italian and regional recipes while your teacher explains and comments in Italian.
Students can share a creative and fun experience in learning a language and taste the final product as well.
The course is organized by the Centro Linguistico Benaco.

Holiday farm, Bed and Breakfast POLICIES
Room rates
Room rates are daily prices per person, from 30,00 to 55,00 depending on period and tourist season. Prices include room, rich buffet breakfast, use of garden and car parking.
Reservation and payment of stay
The reservation will be confirmed only with a payment in advance of 1/3 (one third) of the total reserved period, and it must be in cash or via a postal transfer. If the party does not show, this deposit will not be refunded.
The remaining balance must be paid in full, the day before departure. It is possible to pay in cash, with debit card or with credit card issued by Visa or Mastercard.
Times of arrival and departure
The stay will start from 16:00 the day of arrival until 10:00 of the day of departure, unless different arrangements were made. The time of room inspection is from 8:00 to 10:00 the day of departure.
Upon arrival every guest is kindly asked to present to the reception a valid ID document to formalize the registration.
No Smoking
In the rooms and the common halls it's strictly prohibited to smoke.
Television volume
It is kindly suggested to our guest to keep the volume of the television and other musical items to respect the quiet and harmony of the environment, especially during the rest periods: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 21:00 to 09:00.
Remote controls for AC, television and room keys
The remote control for the AC, the television and the room keys will be issued with a deposit of 50,00, which will be totally refunded upon return of the working remotes and keys.
Access to facilities
During the day: it is asked that guest notify the presence of friends to the reception. During the night: it is forbidden for a strangers to be on the grounds of the Agritourism. The access to the rooms as well as all other common grounds of the Agritourism is off limits to strangers or other people witch have not been registered with the reception.
Lunch and Dinner
A buffet breakfast is included for every guest of the Agritourism. For the other meals it is possible to eat at the "Costadoro Restaurant", 200 meters away from the Agritourism. With reservations the Agritourism guest may have lunch or dinner with a special discount.
Security
The reception will not be responsible for personal objects left unattended in the rooms or the common halls. It will be the responsibility of the guest to secure personal objects of value in their rooms as well as the common halls of the Agritourism.
It is recommended to the guest not to take or damage objects contained in the rooms and the common halls of the Agritourism. Abuses will be reported to the local public authorities.
The parking lot is not guarded.
Domestic animals
No pets allowed in the rooms or the common grounds.
