An unconventional white wine, made from 100% Cortese grapes and aged for 24 months in French oak barriques.
Its intense golden-yellow color already hints at its richness. On the nose, it opens with notes of vanilla, candied citrus, dried fruit, and yellow flowers, accompanied by a subtle toastiness.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, yet at the same time fresh and vibrant, perfectly balancing structure and alcohol. The finish is long, clean, and elegant.

No residual sugar, but full of complex nuances.
