DISTILLATION: For this distillation we use a discontinuous alembic in a water bath. At the end of this process we obtain a grappa with 43% vol.
MATURING IN BARRIQUE: About 12 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Colour: amber - Scent: very intense - Taste: soft with an extraordinary roundness and fineness characterized by harmony.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: To be served at 16°C.
